From flying aid into an international disaster zone to helping get a stormwhipped Sydney back on its feet, members and staff at St George Leagues Club have been going well beyond the call of duty in recent months.
A man renowned for being on hand at some of the biggest moments in Rugby League, and one of the proudest supporters of the St George Dragons, John Fleming, has died at the age of 70.
The Annual General Meeting of the St George Leagues Club will be held on Sunday, 30 March 2008 at 10am. GIRL POWER has hit the cricket scene in St George for a six with the establishment of the first girls-only club team in the district. The St George Leagues Cricket Club has registered an Under-14 all girls cricket team in the new Sydney Rivers Girls Cricket Association.
