We are pleased to report that the numbers attending the free St George Dance held Monday night at Kogarah RSL Club has continued to grow since the introduction of Free dance lessons by our President Albert and Nancy Oh.
As new dancers come, they are encouraged to become members of St George Leagues Club, and many have taken up new memberships.
Lessons are held between 7.15 and 8pm and the dance continues with a five-piece band until 11pm.
Coffee or tea, cheese and biscuits are provided for supper.
New and experienced dancers are invited to join us for a lively evening of dancing and good fun.
Our Christmas dance had in excess of 150 dancers, and the sandwiches and fruitcake provided were exceptionally popular.
The Committee and members of the dance club would like to thank the Board and management of St George Leagues Club for their continued support, as we look forward to another successful and happy dancing year.
