Hello bowlers.

 Another festive season is over.

 How quickly the time goes when you're having fun.

 Hope you all enjoyed the long hot summer.

 Now it's back to business as usual.

 Our bowls are held on Wednesday nights at 7.30pm.

 Roll up at 7pm.

 The Quinlan Shield was played and won but not by St George.

 We need much stronger players in all sports, however I must congratulate our bowlers for putting up a good fight.

 Our captain Max Dennet won the player of the St George Quinlan Shield three times out of four.

 All the bowlers are proud of you Max.

 I enjoyed the dinner and a kiss from Fred.

 The Quinland Shield will commence on 17 March.

 The players who have not been chosen to play are welcome to join us.

 We play one game at home and one away.

 We have had two people on the sick list, Moya Bolgfaaf and Ron Green.

 But they have both recovered and are back on the mats.

 Our AGM will be held on the March 12 at 6.45pm.

 Hope you all attend, for your say is very important.

 We are very pleased with all our new players.
