King prawn filled with pork and water chestnut wrapped with egg noodle
Peking duck spring roll and plum sauce
Individual oyster shot in lemon, lime and gin
- Zucchini cannelloni filled with blue swimmer crab, fresh herb salad & aged balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing
- Mille-feuille of King Island goats cheese, asparagus, and pumpkin jam
